The questions are designed to determine if submissions received after normal working hours (after 7 PM and before 7 AM) are sensitive enough to get the team on the phone in the middle of the night or if the situation is stable enough that we can reach out first thing in the morning. Be sure to include contact information that won't get caught in an answering service loop or blocked by Do Not Disturb settings.
